- Shared bathroom, but typically only between the 2 rooms
- Guest bedroom (available to use on request)
- Home gym

- Situated in the picturesque village of Napton
- Quiet street, with rolling countryside views
- Close to Southam, Leamington, Daventry, Rugby, Gaydon, Banbury, and Coventry

Parking:
- Plenty of street parking right outside the house on a very quiet road

Rent:
- Includes bills (gas, electricity, council tax, water, and broadband)

Me:
- 32yo engineer
- Work out most evenings (home gym) and stay active / healthy
- Easy-going and keep busy with various projects (cars, DIY, tech, etc)
