Double room in peaceful and easy access location.

I have a lovely, spacious, and self-contained double room available Monday to Friday (£135/week) with private entry and direct access to the A46. The house is a few minutes(20 minutes walk, 5 minutes drive) from Stratford City Centre, just off Birmingham Road, in a 'cul de sac' near Tesco and the Maybird Centre. I live here with two cats and long stay female lodger.
I am a busy and buzzy individual looking to rent a room to someone respectful, considerate, and trustworthy.
This home is a haven of tranquillity, offering a safe, peaceful, and clean environment. It's the perfect place to unwind, relax, or study quietly.
I'm not fussed about gender, background, or occupation. I welcome kind, like-minded individuals who are considerate of others and respectful of my home. I like to interact but respect others' privacy and personal space.
The two cats are outdoors, super clean, and cuddly. They live their life, and they will only come into your room if you're inviting them. :)
While I'm flexible about many things, I do have a few expectations. I kindly ask that you smoke in the garden, be considerate towards our cats, clean up after yourself, and keep noise to a minimum after 10 pm. These simple rules help us maintain a peaceful and respectful living environment for all.
