Studio Pod

This is Park Hill Pod - originally used as a glamping pod, however, I will be returning to work full time so I won’t be able to devote the time necessary going forward.
Fully furnished except for a washing machine. There are self service washer/dryers conveniently located outside the Cooperative in Wellesbourne.
Price is all bills included.
We can change the furniture to suit a more permanent living situation so don’t think you’re limited to its current set up.
You have your own parking space and entrance.
Heating is electric- there is a heated towel rail in the bathroom and a wall mounted heater in the main area. The Pod has always been used year round as it’s well insulated and heats up very quickly given its size and shape.
