Bright double room in a three-bed detached house in a quiet neighbourhood. Room is fully furnished. Parking available on drive. Dining room, kitchen, bathroom and another downstairs toilet, garden and garage is currently shared by myself and mum

House is located 5 minutes walk into the town centre.

I am an early to bed, early riser type so would also be looking for a 'quiet in the evenings' lodger.

Ideally looking for someone who wants to stay long term but would start off with a month trial to see if we both get on
