Looking for housemates

About the house:

This is a lovely 4-bedroom house situated on the corner of a quiet residential part of Stratford-Upon-Avon.

There are three double bedrooms available:

- Bedroom A (Green Bedroom, Upstairs, Shared Bathroom) - £500 p/m
- Bedroom B (Blue Bedroom, Upstairs, Shared Bathroom) - £500 p/m
- Bedroom C (White Bedroom, Downstairs, Ensuite) - £550 p/m

Each of the rooms are furnished with a bed frame, a new memory-foam mattress, a bedside table, and a wardrobe.

The house also has a well-equipped kitchen, and a large, cosy lounge with plenty of seating.

There is ample on-street parking, and a shed to store a bike.

The house is well connected to town with a bus stop that stops just over on the opposite side of the road (although it is set back enough that you can't hear it whatsoever!). It takes aprox 25 mins to reach town by foot, or under 10 by bike. The train station is also a short cycle away (also under 10 mins).

There is a corner shop and a pub/restaurant a short distance from the house for popping out and grabbing milk or a bite to eat.

The back garden is secure and well kept, and there is plenty of room to enjoy.

Hello! I'm Sarah and I'm looking for some baddies to come and be housemates with me in this lush house in Stratford-Upon-Avon :-)

I'm a 28 y/o woman, and have just begun a phd at the University of Warwick after a career in publishing. I'm a joyful, half-glass-full kind of person and I love to do all sorts really, including cooking, reading, crocheting, painting, going for a little adventure and finishing off with a sweet treat... you get the picture.

I'd love for some housemates to come and make this house one of joy, friendship, and laughter, so I'm seeking some girlies to come and join me.

I am not looking for a specific 'type' of person (everyone's different!), so as long as you're happy to come and say hello to see if we get on then we should be good. I should say though that I am looking for housemates who would be okay with dogs, as I'm hoping to adopt one in the next sixth months or so.

That being said, I'm open to discussing pets in the home more generally. I am allergic to cats, but anything else is on the table, so do ask!
