The house is located in a quiet residential street and is not accurately situated on the map on here, as it is actually only a 5 min walk to the Birmingham road. Tescos/Aldi supermarkets and the Maybird retail shopping outlets are right near by. Bus and rail transport are also very close by. The town centre is a 15 min walk away.

I am a very friendly, easy going live in landlord who has an adorable sociable house cat. I am looking for a non smoking, clean and tidy professional female who values a calm and peaceful environment. Sorry - no shift workers.
