There are 6 housemates in this spacious, fully furnished and detached house, with 3 bathrooms between 6 people. Large spacious kitchen, off street parking for 2 cars and well kept garden. Full fibre broadband and all other bills are included in the monthly rent.
The kitchen is large and well equipped with 2 fridges, one freezer (2nd freezer in the garage), washing machine and dish washer. There is a tumble dryer in the garage. There are two sinks and a granite worktop and the oven is a large range style cooker with 3 ovens and 6 gas rings. Communal microwave, toaster and kettle. We have a weekly cleaner for all communal areas and a regular gardener.
One room has an en suite bathroom and the 2 further bathrooms are therefore shared between 5 people. On the top floor is a shower room that is typically used by the 2 house mates on the top floor and the main bathroom with shower over the bath is shared by two rooms on the middle floor and the ground floor bedroom. There is also a downstairs toilet.
There are two communal rooms downstairs – a TV room and downstairs laundry room/cloakroom. The kitchen is large enough for a dining table. There is a rear private garden which is looked after by a regular gardener.
The tenants are all working professionals aged 20-35 and tend to stay long term – but we are happy to have shorter term lets. It is a relaxed and friendly house on a residential road, within walking distance to a local Co-op supermarket and walkable to Stratford Town centre.
To reserve a room, a £100 holding deposit is required which is put towards the deposit once the tenancy is agreed. We run a full credit check to include employment and previous landlord references.
