✨50 year old live in landlord! Laid back, approachable, fun, down to earth + young at heart.

✨Live with my Cockapoo, Hector, he has hypoallergenic fur for those of you who may have allergies.

✨I work full time & have my Grandchildren sleep over on Fridays & occasionally random days here & there; may I add they are no trouble & spend most of their time in my Room!

✨I have 1 room, both with ALL bills included + complimentary internet.

✨Room 1 (1 occupant) - double bed set of drawers & built in Wardrobe - £550 per month

✨BATHROOM - Shower, Sink & Toilet. This will be shared along side myself.

✨KITCHEN - Its large with a Breakfast Bar, Fridge, Freezer, Induction Hob, Oven, Microwave, Washing Machine + Tumble Dryer. I barely use the Kitchen so you will pretty much have it to yourself

✨GARDEN - Is quite big, you are welcome to use it at any time.

✨ALL areas of my home will be shared along side myself but if I am honest, if I'm not working or visiting Friends & Family, I tend to be in my Bedroom.

✨The area I live in is a quite cul-de-sac with a car park at the side of my house if needed. Within a 5 to 10 minute walk you will find Restaurants, Café's, Shops, Supermarkets, Pubs, Salons, Take-outs, Swimming Baths, Doctors & Dentist, A Park, Bus Stops & lots of lovely walks! A 5 minute drive will get you to the beautiful Warner Leisure Hotel; Studley Castle. 10 minutes Drive will get you to the Kingfisher Shopping Centre in Redditch Town which will give you access to Trains into Birmingham & lots more!
