Shipston-on-Stour 2m with Co-ops, greengrocers, butchers, fishmongers, bakeries, pubs & restaurants. Moreton-in-Marsh / Stratford-upon-Avon / Chipping Campden 8m.
Sharing fabulous bathroom (white cast-iron bath, elm floorboards etc.) with 1 clean, considerate housemate + very occasional guest.
Huge sitting room with 3 sofas, TV, piano, French doors opening onto a big terrace, leading down the garden to the river. Dining room. Kitchen. Utility room.
Truly heaven on earth.
Extra storage space in garage and attic.
Well-behaved dog welcome – please be sure to ‘pick up’ after him/her. (No cats, sorry.)
I work at computer here, the other housemate works elsewhere.
There’s plenty of space either to be sociable or secluded. We’re friendly, easy-going, clean, considerate and helpful, looking for a housemate who’s likewise.
I smoke at my desk by the back door; the other housemate doesn't smoke. Previous housemates had a fag on the terrace. VERY occasionally, smoking in the living room is okay, esp. with French doors open or up the chimney, but not for everyday as it would make everything stink and also not be nice for non-smokers. NO smoking upstairs under any circumstances.
Bills included: electricity, gas, water, wi-fi, TV licence, insurance, council tax Band F etc..
