Really, really nice place!

Two beautiful double bedrooms in light, lovely & comfortable house in Tredington for two housemates who are considerate, friendly, responsible and clean.
Parking outside. (Garage is used for storage but can house a motorbike – garage door kept padlocked.)
One bedroom on 1st floor next to bathroom, the other up a small flight of stairs with plenty of space outside the room for desk etc. Each double bed has a deep pocket-spring mattress. (Don’t have wide-angle camera to show either room fully.)
Sharing fabulous bathroom (white cast-iron bath, elm floorboards etc.) with each other + very occasional guest.
Huge sitting room with 3 sofas, TV, piano, French doors opening onto big terrace, leading down garden to offshoot of river. Dining room. Kitchen. Utility room.
Extra storage space in garage & attic.
There’s plenty of space either to be sociable or secluded. Truly heaven on earth.
Well-behaved dog welcome – please be sure to ‘pick up’. (No cats, sorry.)
Friendly village pub with very good food.
½ mile to Fosse Way A429.
2m to Shipston-on-Stour with Co-ops, greengrocers, butchers, fishmongers, bakery, pubs & restaurants, medical centre.
8m to Moreton-in-Marsh / Stratford-upon-Avon / Chipping Campden.
I smoke at my desk by the back door. Once in a blue moon, smoking in the living room is okay, with French doors open or up the chimney, but not for everyday as it would make everything stink and be nasty for non-smokers. NO smoking upstairs under any circumstances.
Bills included: electricity, gas, water, wi-fi, TV licence, insurance, council tax band F.
