This is a high-quality home, effectively cared for with pro-active maintenance, and an excellent overall service provided to all occupants. Though the rooms are furnished, they don't come with bedding or soft furnishings. (However, we understand how much there is to organise with a relocation – so we have packages for these items available should you require them!)

We work hard to carefully curate a positive and like-minded dynamic within each of our shared homes. We respectfully ask interested parties to therefore note that our rooms are not suitable for couples, students, pet owners, or those in-between jobs.

References and employment are essential. We don't require a deposit, just the pro rata rate of your first months rent, then full rent each following 1st of the month.
