Spacious single room in shared home in Warwick

Female Housemate Preferred. This stylish place to stay is perfect for one person who wishes a spacious single room in a shared home, with a desk, comfortable chair and large wardrobe and plenty of storage space. Located on the north side of the town of Warwick, the Number One bus to Warwick and to Leamington Spa town centres stops very close to our home. Bathroom and kitchen are shared by mutual arrangement with the family members.

Ages of family members range from 73 to 28 - two males and one female. We also have a cat so you will need not to be allergic to cats. In addition, we are vegetarian. Although we are tolerant and respectful of your own choice in food and cooking, we will not accept the storage or cooking of raw meat. You will need to be willing to accept this. We provide a separate fridge and a store cupboard for groceries in the room.
