Monday–Friday arrangement

Ideally suited to someone who works locally during the week and returns to their main home at weekends.

The accommodation remains available for storing your clothes and personal belongings over the weekend, so there's no need to pack up every Friday.

Occasional weekend overnight stays may be possible by prior arrangement, although weekday-only occupancy is preferred.

The basement has low ceilings and is best suited to someone under approximately 6 ft tall. Viewings are encouraged to check suitability.

As this is accommodation within an owner-occupied home, the homeowner may occasionally need access to the basement for essential household services, such as the fuse box, or maintenance. Reasonable notice will be given wherever possible.
