The house is aimed at young professionals who enjoy communal living. The current tenants are all in their 20s. It is situated near Warwick Hospital and is a short walk to Warwick train station.

Recently decorated and refurbished throughout. Kitchen appliances include 2 large fridge freezers, washing machine, dishwasher, tumble drier and microwave. The bedroom has been decorated in neutral tones wardrobes, drawers and double bed.

There is a small garden with patio, plus a sunny conservatory. One bedroom is en-suite and there are 2 additional bathrooms shared by the other 5 housemates.

The rent includes bills for gas, electricity, council tax, water, TV licence and broadband. A cleaner and gardener are also provided at no extra cost.
