Small double in sociable house by hospital

Hi, If you’re looking for a place to live that’s friendly, comfortable and fun then we’d love to hear from you. We’ve got a small double bedroom coming available very soon. The room is small but can accommodate a small desk. The house is aimed at young professionals who enjoy communal living. The current tenants are all graduates in their early to mid 20s and are looking to live with similar. It is situated near Warwick Hospital and is a short walk to Warwick train station.

Kitchen appliances include 2 large fridge freezers, washing machine, dishwasher, tumble drier and microwave. The bedrooms have been decorated in neutral tones and are furnished with wardrobes, drawers and double beds.

There is a small garden with patio, plus a sunny conservatory that doubles up as office space . One bedroom is en-suite (already occupied) and there are 2 additional bathrooms shared by the other 5 housemates.

The rent includes bills for gas, electricity, council tax, water, TV licence and broadband. A cleaner and gardener are also provided at no extra cost.
