I have 1 beautiful double room available in Wellesbourne in a lovely quiet area. It is a few minutes walk to Sainsbury's, the community gym and close drive to Longbridge Island and the Fosse Way. It is a very peaceful place to live with little noise and beautiful scenery. There is lots of natural light in the house which is really lovely to have all year round.

Previously hosted mature students for Uni of Warwick PGCE/Post Grad, attendees of Wellesbourne Flight School, Wellesbourne Campus for University of Warwick and perfect location for those at JLR or Morton Morrell Equine College.

A lovely bright room with a bed that can be either single or pulled out into a double. Lots of storage with a large fitted mirror and a small desk.

There is a shared dining area, bathroom (with a bath & a lovely hot shower), a kitchen fully equipped and a beautiful garden with plenty of space to enjoy the sunshine. We also have a little gym set up, a wood-fired sauna, an ice bath and a fire pit.

You will be living with a friendly landlord who enjoys a healthy, eco-friendly lifestyle & likes to spend a lot of time outdoors.
