We have one large en-suite double bedroom available in a family home with built in wardrobe, a single bed as well as space to put your own additional furniture such as a desk or sofa. All bills are included. There is also a spacious kitchen with a dining table and a separate utility room with a washer dryer. The property has a large garden to the back.

It is located conveniently to access the M40 and other main roads and has free parking available on the street. There are also shops in walking distance and it is close to bus connections to Leamington Spa Town, Warwick and Coventry.

It is a family home and only this room is rented out as it helps with the bills. We are working professionals with two children and are looking for someone to share our home with. It is a 6 bedroom property (way too many for us to use) so we will definitely not be in the way. It would be nice to have someone living with us. No other rooms are rented out.
