We have a very large furnished character double room with window seats and a decorative fireplace. It is south-facing and sunny and overlooks fields. The room has recently been updated, and has a living area, table and chairs, double gas lift storage bed, sofa, wardrobe, built-in storage cupboard with hanging rails and shelves. The house is a large detached house in Willington, a lovely village located 1.5 miles outside of Shipston-on-Stour. There is a shared kitchen and a large bathroom with a bath and separate shower cubicle, shared with one other person. We have a large garden and ample off-road parking. £700 per calendar month. Bills are included, and we have high-speed broadband. We have three cats, so we cannot have any other pets in the house. Smoking is not permitted inside the house.
