Double Room Available – Craig-Cefn-Parc, Swansea (SA6)
A double room will become available from mid-October in a large house in Craig-Cefn-Parc, SA6, set in a very quiet and peaceful location with beautiful views over the forest, valley and bird sanctuary.

The house has its own stream running down to the small river in the park below. The area is particularly well known for its walks, many of which are largely unrestricted.

The Accommodation
The lower-floor accommodation has its own private bathroom with shower and toilet.

There are currently two rooms to choose from, so the successful lodger can choose the room they prefer, and the room can be furnished to suit their requirements where possible.

A private parking space on the driveway is also provided.

About the Landlord
I am a recently retired landlord from Worcester and have been letting accommodation to students for the past 20 years.

I am looking for a suitable lodger who will appreciate a quiet home and the surroundings.

Friends are welcome to visit and stay overnight occasionally. However, in accordance with Council regulations, I will not be letting additional rooms unless the property is licensed for multiple occupation (HMO), which I do not intend to do.

Pets
I have a very friendly 12-year-old Collie.

If you have a dog or cat, they would need to meet my dog beforehand to make sure they get along.
