We have a comfortable furnished double room available in our four-bedroom home in Gowerton.

We're a friendly, relaxed couple looking for a mature, working professional who is clean, tidy, respectful and enjoys a peaceful home environment.

A little about us

We both enjoy a quiet, relaxed home and are looking for someone who is independent, considerate and easy to get along with.

We currently have a friendly dog called Jasper and will be welcoming two foster rescue dogs from Romania in November, so you'll need to be comfortable around dogs.

Important: Short-Term Accommodation

Our house is being prepared for sale, so we're offering the room on a flexible, monthly rolling basis.

We're happy to accommodate someone for up to six months, depending on when the property sells. The arrangement may need to end sooner, with one month's notice as agreed in the lodger agreement.

This would be ideal for someone working locally, relocating to Swansea, on a temporary work contract or simply needing somewhere comfortable to stay for a few months.

£575 per calendar month, including bills.
