There are also various bus routes within walking distance.

Parking on road free all day. Extremely quiet road.

All utilities included. Can include towels and bed linen if necessary.

I am a live in landlord but we are a very easy going family and have no problems with people, have been doing this for a while now. Would ideally prefer to have someone sensible, who is not very interested in late nights and partying. As we are professional people who have responsibilities. (That doesn't mean I don't like the occasional drink!)
