Double room with shared kitchen, bathroom.2 cats

Double room with 2 huge double wardrobes. End terrace. On street parking.
Band C council tax.
2 gardens, one with decking/ bbq area.
Shared bathroom and kitchen, vegan or vegetarian applications only.
Looking for a tennant that is an animal lover, to live with me and my two indoor cats.
I currently work compressed hours- tuesday to friday. Ideal candidate will not work from home.
My average month in autumn and winter are weekday evenings spent at home, weekends i do make plans and go outdoors or yoga, occasionally have a friend come to visit. Once each month or two is a night out.
During spring and summer im volunteering or attending a few festivals, camping outdoors or having low-key bbq and friends over, getting outdoors in the sunshine and making plans for fun.
Im working on rewilding the gardens and getting some food growing, a work in slow progress.
My ideal housemate will be amazing with my cats, happy to use the shared spaces and be mindful to give me quiet time if needed, be an excellent communicator, kind and respectful.
My background has been one always in professional employment, my interests have come from trance music and clubbing, to the current day with interests in a more relaxed spiritual path, medicine music and wicca. I love nature, feel very sad about the harm to our earth, i use natural products for cleaning, so would love applicants to hold similar values in the way you go about life.
