Lovely double room in peaceful house

Hi I’m a live in landlord, self employed female with a very sweet, lazy and quiet dog.

I have a cottage in Penclawdd with all amenities, excellent shower pressure, dishwasher, log burner and a large garden.

I am close to the beaches and the m4 and right next to the estuary and stunning sunsets.

I enjoy having friends over for dinner, surfing, climbing, woodwork, handstand club, gigs, saunas, early nights and of course being outdoors and walking the dog a lot. I’m not much of a partier these days but it’s nice once in a while.
I’m open to anyone who wants to check out the place. It is a meat eating house and the dog does like a cuddle on the sofa.

Bills included, apart from a small contribution to fire wood, if it’s used lot.
