There are two bedrooms available, one of which, at present, has a comfy sofa bed (£650/month) the other a large superking sized bed (£750/month).

The upstairs bathroom has a stunning rain head shower in a 1200 shower unit finished in limestone tiles.

The house has been refurbished to a high standard with bespoke solid wood kitchen and oil fired Aga which leads on to a large conservatory for open plan living; creating the perfect indoor/outdoor space alongside the beautiful mature gardens beyond.

There is a separate utility room outside housing washing and drying facilities and also an outdoor toilet.

The house is a mere 100m from the bus stop with regular 30 minute buses to Swansea.

The house would suit mature students, staff at nearby Morriston hospital or professionals looking for an out-of-town hi-spec lifestyle property.

The house is offered on a shared basis, though I'm rarely there and could be away for weeks at a time.

Most bills and wifi included. Tumble drier etc to be discussed.

Pets are welcome but strictly not permitted upstairs nor on furniture.

£100/month extra for large dogs.

The property is offered on a fully serviced basis, where grounds and gardens will be maintained regularly and the house will be cleaned professionally weekly, where access to bedrooms will be required.
