# Lovely Room Available – Must LOVE Dogs! 🐶

**Swansea | Reduced rent in exchange for being Bailey's best friend!**

I'm looking for a very particular kind of housemate. Someone who absolutely adores dogs and would genuinely enjoy sharing their home with a rather wonderful cocker spaniel called Bailey.

Bailey is, in my completely unbiased opinion, the bestest dog in the world! He's a much-loved member of the household, and finding someone who will love his company as much as I do is my number one priority.

**The ideal housemate**

Someone who works from home, is a student, or generally spends a reasonable amount of time around the house. I'd particularly love to find someone who enjoys walks, appreciates canine companionship and would welcome having a four-legged shadow following them around.

I'm considering spending some time travelling, potentially for a month to six weeks, so I'm hoping to find someone who would be happy to become Bailey's surrogate mum or dad while I'm away, as well as keeping him company when I'm at work.

**The arrangement**

In exchange for the companionship and responsibility involved in helping care for Bailey, I'm offering a room at a significantly reduced rental rate, essentially to help cover household bills.

This isn't about finding someone to occasionally feed the dog. I'm hoping to find someone who would genuinely enjoy the arrangement and see Bailey as a lovely addition to their life rather than an obligation.

Naturally, I'd want us all to get to know one another properly before making any decisions. Bailey's happiness and wellbeing are incredibly important to me.
