Hi! I’m looking for someone to share a lovely 2-bedroom flat with me in Sketty. The flat is on a quiet, calm road and is about a 15-minute walk to Swansea University, which makes it perfect for students or someone working nearby.

The location is really convenient: Tesco and Co-op are just a few steps away, and there’s a bus stop only a minute from the flat, making it easy to get around the city. Singleton Park is also just around the corner, which is perfect for walks, fresh air, or a bit of greenery. The beach is only about 15–17 minutes away, so it’s easy to enjoy the sea whenever you want.

The flat itself is warm, cosy, and homely, with a large kitchen that’s great for cooking and a spacious bathroom. It’s a comfortable place to relax and unwind after a long day. Your room is cosy and comfortable, with a double bed, beautiful rugs covering most of the floor, and plenty of storage space.

A little about me: I’m an international student doing a Clinical Psychology masters degree, so I tend to have a fairly calm and quiet routine. I’m introverted and usually busy with university work. When I’m not studying, I’m usually reading, doing some arts and crafts, or going on hikes with friends, so the flat tends to have a relaxed and peaceful vibe.

I’d love to live with someone who has a similar lifestyle — ideally another student or professional who enjoys a calm home environment. This probably wouldn’t be the best fit for someone who enjoys frequent parties or a very busy social flat.
