Large room for rent in Cockett, Swansea

Three bed semi-detached house in Cockett, quiet neighbourhood newly renovated kitchen and bathroom. I have a Chihuahua named peanut so you would need to be comfortable with dogs, he's very cute and great company. There is one off road parking space however there is parking just opposite the house on the pavement so plenty of room for two cars. The room for rent is very spacious with lots of natural light from a large bay window, It's furnished with a king sized bed 1 wardrobe and chest of drawers. There is one toilet/bathroom upstairs with a bath and overhead shower. All living space in the house is shared. Garden and patio area. I am a 28 year old female working in Singleton hospital as a therapeutic radiographer, I'm looking for a female housemate who is also a working professional. I work 8 till 6, 4 days a week I like to go to the gym before work so I am up early most weekdays. I tend to walk the dog after work, I enjoy cooking and watching Netflix in the evenings. I like to keep the house tidy and clean but not in an extreme way I have a dog so there will be dog hairs on the furniture sometimes. I look forward to meeting potential housemates. As we'll be sharing a home, I'd like to meet in person beforehand to make sure we're a good fit and that we both feel comfortable living together. Finding someone I get a long with is very important, as I want the house to feel relaxed and a safe space for us both.
