Double room Sketty

Looking for a female flatmate to take over my friend’s tenancy in our lovely two-bedroom flat.

The flat has two bedrooms, a shared bathroom, kitchen and living room.

A little about me – I’m friendly, easy-going and enjoy going to the gym, socialising and having a chilled evening. I’d love to live with someone I can get along with, have a chat and the occasional glass of wine with, but who also appreciates having their own space and doing their own thing. I think having a good balance between being sociable and respecting each other’s independence is important!

Ideally looking for someone who’s clean, considerate and easy to live with.

If you’re interested or would like to know a bit more, feel free to drop me a message! 😊
