One double (single occupancy) available in a 5 bedroom house within a 5 minute walk to beach and Singleton Campus.
The house consists of a communal room with dining table, chairs and 2 sofas. New kitchen and furniture throughout. Toilet downstairs with a further bathroom with toilet and shower upstairs. There are 2 fridge/freezers, a washing machine and separate dryer. The garden is a raised terrace (sometimes sunny) with bicycle storage, garden table, chairs and space for a BBQ.
Utility bills and WiFi are on top and usually range between £30 in the summer months to £48 in the winter months. Water rates are included in the rent.
Current tenants are 2 post grads and 2 professionals (aged 22 to 27). Would prefer to rent to tenants of a similar age (22 to 30) for house harmony.
