Our place is very modern, spacious, warm, quiet, clean and conveniently within 1.5 miles of Swansea Bay Campus. We're an 8-10 minute cycle, 20 minute walk, or 3 minute drive, from the Swansea University (Bay Campus on Fabian Way) and overlook the Pant Y Sais Nature Reserve. Post code SA10 / Jersey Marine. Or a 20 minute drive from Singleton campus.

We have close access to Swansea city which is a 10 minute drive and the Gower beaches only 25 minutes away.

The house is a large Californian style detached 3 bedroom house shared with myself and my partner who are working professionals (an English Teacher and Project Manager) in the local University. Anna is an Argentinian who speaks Spanish, Portuguese, English and some Italian for any foreign students looking for a nice place. She's into yoga, dancing and keeping fit. I'm big into surfing, mountain biking and fitness training as well us both being avid travellers.

We have a beautiful communal large kitchen full of SMEG appliances (6 range burner, double stainless steel fridge and dishwasher) with a rustic oak dining table with benches and a lounge area with a tv and soundbar for movies and netflix.

The house has 3 high spec bathrooms situated around the house (we have our own ensuite) so there's no queuing for a shower.

The bedroom is large and comes with a double bed and wardrobe. It also has great views of the nature reserve and surrounding mountains. Bedroom dimensions are 15'3" X 10'7".

Parking spaces available for 3 cars on the driveway, also a secure bike shed for storing bikes.

We're away traveling over the holiday periods so you'll have plenty of time and space.

We're looking for someone social and chilled out who is looking to enjoy a mellow house with fun people. Outdoorsy people welcome & short term visitors to Swansea all welcome.
