Spacious double room available in modern furnished 2 bedroom flat located in the popular area of Brynmill. I am the flat owner and live in the other room. I'm a doctor working predominantly in Swansea but I am away a fair amount of the time. Like to think of myself as pretty chill and down to earth, I can be quite social and up for a drink but will keep to myself when necessary. Hobbies include sports (football, tennis) and I am big on music.

Flat features include extremely spacious living room with smart TV and additional study/working space. There is an additional chest of drawers and a large extra table in the bed room not on the pictures. Additional storage space can be provided on request.

All bills included and available from fairly immediately - short term lets may be considered (min 3 months) but ideally would have someone long-term. Move in date is flexible. Students and professionals will be considered. Feel free to contact for more information.
