Higgihaus at Carlton: A beautifully appointed, stylish ensuite room in an amazing, shared house that redefines social living in the City.

Includes a large kitchen/diner, a laundry, secure storage for bikes and surfboards, off-street parking, a work from home/cinema room and a gym!

All inclusive monthly rent includes:

1. All fittings, furniture and artworks in your private room and ensuite bathroom (you’ll need to supply your own bed-linen),
2. Use of the communal kitchen, dining area, gym and laundry,
3. All bills (gas, electricity, water and business-grade broadband),
4. TV license (for the TV in the community space only)
5. Internet-enabled motion sensitive security cameras and lights (front and rear),
6. Keyless digital entry system (front and rear),
7. A cleaner (weekly cleaning of the communal areas,
8. A gardener (monthly during Spring/Summer months).

Each room has been designed to be incredibly comfortable. The mattresses are cutting edge, pocket- sprung and ‘pillow topped’. High-definition internet-connected smart TVs adorn the walls, USB charging points have been placed immediately adjacent to the bed, the WIFI is business-grade and the broadband is fast. The rainfall shower in the ensuite bathroom delivers an awesome shower experience.

The kitchen/diner is fully equipped and includes everything the 'higgihausmates’ might reasonably need and includes: two induction hobs, two double ovens, separate combination oven/microwave, integrated dishwasher, two integrated fridges and two freezers.

And if that wasn’t enough, there’s a separate, multi-function social space that includes (amongst other things) a cinema, gym, yoga studio and co-working facility (we call it the higgihub).

As for location, we think it’s perfect – only minutes from the bars, restaurants and coffee shops in the Uplands in one direction and a hop, skip and jump from the City Centre and all that Oxford Street, Castle Square, and Wind Street has to offer in the other. And if that wasn't enough it's an easy commute to Swansea University's Bay or Singleton Campuses and Singleton Hospital.
