We are just 10 minutes walk from central Swansea, bars, cafes restaurants, Tesco express and across the road from a the local shop..

An easy commute to and from work in the Swansea area.

We look to make your experience as pleasant as possible and provide:-
ALL BILLS INCLUDED, (gas, electric, water, council tax and broadband)
Fortnightly cleaner for the communal areas only to ensure a pleasant environment for all.
On call maintenance team, should an emergency arise.

Kitchen area facilities include:-
Range cooker 8 hobs and 4 ovens.
American style fridge freezer.
Dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer.

We have 2 rooms available. 1 is on the first floor and available now, the other is on the ground floor and available from the 1st September, both are NOT the ensuite.

We have a virtual walk through available or you can arrange a physical viewing.
