You’ll be joining a group of 5 engineering students. Rent for academic year 2023/24 is £110 pp pw, £476.67 pp pcm inclusive of utility bills i. e. gas, electricity, water, Wi-Fi, TV License. Proof of university course enrolment and UK guarantor is required. Rent is paid termly in advance.

The house is located in a quiet residential area so is ideal for students to concentrate on their studies. A separate shower and wc are on the ground floor; a bathroom with separate shower and bath tub; and a separate wc are on the first floor. Enclosed rear garden ideal for those summer barbecues.
