A room is becoming available in our beautifully decorated co-living shared house, incredibly close to the beach, on St Helens Road, Swansea, SA1. New to the market in 2021 and refurbished to a very high standard, this is one of the nicest house shares in the best area area of Swansea. Ideal house for a working young professional but also great if you work from home as we have a large communal space, great WiFi and super friendly housemates.

BILLS INCLUSIVE

At the rear of the property, this is a sunny room that looks out onto Brangwyn Hall which is illuminated at night and is very attractive.

THE ROOM FURNISHINGS
Furnished to a high standard. The bed is a custom made double, cast iron frame, reclaimed wood headboard and a really thick comfortable mattress that is well above the usual rental standard.
A handmade reclaimed wooden desk, with lamp and chair.
Hanging space for your clothes, drawers and under bed storage.
Full length mirror and a shelf on the wall.
Thick grey fitted carpet in the room which continues down the landing and staircase.

THE EN-SUITE
A spacious ensuite with dark grey tiled walls and light grey concrete look tiled floor. Stainless steel heated towel rack. The shower has really good water pressure and runs off our large water tank. The water is heated 24/7 which ensures a constant supply of hot water. Modern style fittings. The sink has designer taps, a shelf and mirror above and drawers beneath it.

All the rooms in the house are very similar with same decor and furnishings.

THE HOUSE
The house is a lovely three storey terraced house and was completely refurbished in 2021 with no expense spared. There are seven en-suite rooms and a large communal living space for housemates to gather and socialise.

WI FI
We have super fast business grade broadband and a mesh system to ensure great coverage throughout the whole house.

LOCATION
Perfectly located just 180 paces from the lovely white sands of Swansea Bay. The cool bars, cafes and restaurants at Uplands are a short walk in one direction, whilst Swansea Town Centre is a 20 minute short walk in the other direction.

PUBLIC TRANSPORT
The nearest bus stop is just outside Brangwyn Hall, only a 2 minute walk. For those with bikes we have a secure area in the back yard.

Kitchen with two electric induction hobs, two ovens, two large sinks with designer taps and one dishwasher. Loads of worktop space, cupboards and two fridge freezers.

UTILITY ROOM
Separate utility room with 2 washing machines and one tumble drier and space for a drying rack. This room contains the large water tank that serves all 7 bathrooms which gives off loads of heat, making an excellent all year round drying room.


CLEANER
A Cleaner comes in fortnightly to clean the communal areas.

THE OTHER ROOMS
All rooms have a plush thick grey fitted carpet, dark grey slatted blinds and storage space for clothes. The beds are all bespoke cast iron bedframes with distressed wood headboards and super thick luxury mattresses.

En-suites are all tiled in grey (both floor and wall). The showers are all run off a bespoke system designed specifically to cope with the demands of 7 showers and assorted taps/washing machines and a dishwasher.

HOUSEMATES
Current housemates are young professionals, Half are females and half are males who all get on well together and make great use of the communal living space to socialise together.

PARKING
**There is currently one resident parking permit available**

St Helens Road has Resident Permit Holders parking.
In addition to Permit parking there are many marked bays allowing 3 hours parking between 8am and 6pm. This means you could park at 3pm and leave your car in the same place until 11 am the following day. You would then need to move it. There are also many unmarked areas of the street that allow free parking 24/7 - our tenants tell us this is by far the easiest area of Central Swansea to find parking.
There are a few Resident Parking Permits available to tenants on a first come first served basis. (one is currently available)
