The room is a double bedroom of medium size. It's semi-furnished with a double bed and a wardrobe.

There is one bathroom at the property with a bath/ shower, toilet and sink.

The kitchen is large with lots of storage space and there's also a small utility room with a washing machine.

While I live at the house, I spend a lot of time at my partner's and am often not there for months at a time and so essentially a prospective tenant would have just one housemate. The current tenant is friendly but respectful of others' space, works from home.

This is a strictly no smoking property and there's a preference for a person who is considerate of the communal spaces - this property is best suited to people who like things clean and tidy.

In addition to the large kitchen, there is a living room and dining room. Currently there's no TV at the property - but of course tenants can bring their own.
