Double & Single room for summer

Double bedroom available from mid July. There’s a separate bedroom space for storage, apologies not shown on the ad. There’s a Shared bathroom, chill area and kitchen. The house is really close to the centre with bus stop across the street. It’s roughly 10-15 min walk to the centre and beach.

We are looking for a chilled, clean person who will treat the place as a home
We are both professional women, very busy but still social. We’re open to sharing with mature students. There’s a simple routine in the accommodation so we’re looking for someone who’s also mindful and clean.

Accommodation is close to city centre, M4 and amenities.
Temporary stays considered. No couples or pets sorry. Ideally looking for female housemates..
