I have a double room for rent with shared use of bathroom, kitchen and living-dining room. Access to patio garden from kitchen.

The bedroom includes a double bed, bed side table, chest of drawers, clothes rail and mirror. There is a washing machine and dish washer in the kitchen.

Located in a quite residential area, within walking distance of shops and a 10 minute drive from the city centre. Short commute to Singleton and Morriston hospitals, and links to M4. On street parking is available.

I am looking for a professional or mature student, who will keep the room and shared spaces clean and tidy.

I myself am a professional working 9-5. I am also very active with cheerleading after work.
