Portia Terrace is one of the nicest streets in Mount Pleasant. It is quiet, as there is no threw traffic (from town) but is a short walk to town and has ample resident parking. It also boasts beautiful views over Swansea bay and to Mumbles head.

Lodger will have private use of a bedroom and communal use of kitchen, bathroom, living room and garden.

Please only get in touch if you Love dogs and are a student or professional. Preferance given to vegetarian and vegans. As current housemates are. The house is clean and tidy. A peaceful space. With the current housemate all being super active and either artist or musicians.

Although sociable, current housemates are drawn more to creativity amd yoga/gym than 'going out or partying'. If you are in a 'party phase' of your life then this space will unlikely suit.
