ALL BILLS ARE INCLUDED in the price so you only pay one amount. This includes all utilities (gas, electric & water), council tax, Netflix, and unlimited access to HIGH-SPEED VIRGIN MEDIA 350mb broadband (wifi) and a fortnightly cleaner in the communal areas.

The house has been fully refurbished and the rooms have become available to rent for the first time on 1st April 2023. I have additional photos and a video tour of the available rooms which I can forward to you via WhatsApp.

Available from 1st May 2024- A video tour of the room and house can be sent before arranging a viewing.

THE HOUSE The house is newly refurbished having been designed to create an inviting and super functional home. The large open-plan lounge and kitchen diner features a massive skylight flooding it with natural light making it a nice place to socialise and unwind.

The KITCHEN has two sinks, plenty of refrigeration, two hobs, and two ovens so multiple people can cook at the same time. USB charging points have been placed immediately adjacent to the bed and the rooms have been designed to offer plenty of storage.

LOCATION, TRANSPORT & PARKING It is located on Mansel Street with an array of takeaways and is a key road east and west. It is very central so a quick walk to Wind Street and the city center. Resident's parking permits are available on request for parking on the road outside.
