The room itself is a good sized room on the middle floor overlooking rear garden with great views over the docks, fully furnished with a really comfy bed and plenty of storage.

The house is in a quiet residential street, a very spacious three-storey place with 6 sharing in total. Right now it’s 4 guys and 1 girl, all working professionals or postgrads, mostly based locally or over at Bay Campus. The current housemates are easy-going, respectful and always up for a chat in the kitchen or living room.
There’s loads of shared spaces:
✅ Huge living room.
✅ Spacious kitchen with plenty of storage.
✅ Separate utility room with washer, dryer + extra freezer.
✅ 3 full bathrooms.
✅ Sunny rear patio with secure bike storage
We also have a cleaner who comes every other week to keep shared areas tidy, and a maintenance guy who sorts the garden and any bits that need fixing.
Location-wise, it’s honestly ideal if you’re working at Bay Campus or around SA1. You can walk into town, cycle in (there’s bike storage), or if you have a car the parking on the street is easy.
Sainsbury’s and Lidl are about 10 minutes away, and there are loads of takeaways nearby
All bills are included in the rent, including council tax and the fastest wifi.
Who we are looking for - A working professional or postgrad, clean, considerate, and respectful of shared spaces, happy living in a sociable but not party house.
REQUIREMENTS - You’ll need a guarantor, references, and to pass a credit check, so everyone feels secure here. Plus your monthly income should ideally be three time the monthly rent for affordability.
It’s single occupancy only, so not suitable for couples, this isn't a student house so not suitable for undergrads, and regarding pets we like to keep any allergy issues comfortable for everyone so not suitable for any furry pets.
Smoking/vaping is fine outside.
