I have a fully furnished double room available for rent from the 20th December and all utility bills are included as well as council tax and super fast WiFi.
The room as well as the house has recently been refurbished. The room comes with a 40" smart tv, double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, ottoman, bedside table, desk and small storage tower.
I am looking for a clean, easygoing, sociable and reliable female housemate who is a non smoker.
The house is situated 1 minute walk from Swansea beach and Marina and less than a 5 minutes walk to Swansea city center and has its own driveway.
Please note that this an all female house and it also has an young outdoor cat named Toby, who is friendly, fully vaccinated, regularly deflead and neutered.
This house has friendly, sociable, easygoing vibe and would be perfect for someone with a similar personality. The shared areas of the house are the living room (with access to a printer), large kitchen, downstairs toilet, main bathroom, storage rooms, garden and shed.
