THE PROPERTY

We currently have two large double rooms available in this beautifully refurbished 7 bedroom property. Complete with their own en-suite bathrooms and situated on the 1st floor they’re both spacious with ample storage.

The property itself is set over three floors with some of the best views in the city over Swansea bay. At the rear of the ground floor is the large and very spacious kitchen / living area with built in booth seating, all the required appliances and a sofa with a large smart TV. Our cleaning team visit all of the communal areas once a fortnight to make sure it’s kept as clean as possible.

The location could not be more perfect for those looking to work and study in the city. Some key areas and their distance from the property are noted below. The property doesn’t have dedicated parking but there’s plenty of on street parking to the rear.

The room prices listed are inclusive of all bills so there are no hidden charges on top that you need to worry about ! All of the below are taken care of so you don’t have to have the stress and worry of setting anything up !
