You’ll share two shower rooms with toilets, plus an additional separate toilet, with three other rooms in the house. There’s a modern fitted kitchen with a range cooker and a spacious, separate lounge/diner for relaxing or socialising.

The rent includes gas, electricity, water, council tax and super-fast 650 MB Wi-Fi. A professional cleaning company looks after the communal areas, and optional room cleaning is also available at an additional cost if you’d like it.
