•Bus stop right outside the flat complex with a direct bus to Swansea University Bay or Singleton campuses taking 15 minutes, or a 15 minutes walk to UWTSD 🏫🚌
•Situated within a 5 minute walk from many supermarkets such as Lidl, Aldi, Sainsbury etc 🛒

3️⃣CONTRACT:
•Available immediately
•Weekly cost is £115
• 🔥Incentive 🔥: The first week will be pre-paid and the cost covered (£115)
•Contract ends 22 August
• You only pay from the date you move in
• Payments: Termly instalments (2 terms remaining)
• Cost guidance (example): If you move in on 20 January, the rough total until 22 August is around £3,400 ((number of week x £115) - cost of first week)
• This £3,400 is split across the remaining two terms (1700-1700 two term payments)
• This is only an estimate — the exact amount reduces depending on your actual move-in date (later move-in = lower total)
• This is simply a replacement tenancy, I am looking for someone to take over my contract (A new contract can be started for the following year)
•Since this is Student Accomodation for a full-time student, there is no Council Tax cost
