Hi, I’m Jack – I’ve just agreed to buy this amazing 4-storey townhouse overlooking the beach, and I’m looking for someone to share it with.

The house is genuinely something special – loads of space, incredible sea views, and a really relaxed atmosphere.

About the house:

* Open-plan kitchen/living area with a balcony overlooking the beach
* Spectacular sea views from multiple rooms

Your space:

* Large double bedroom on its own floor
* En-suite bathroom
* Juliette balcony with sea views
* Access to a main bathroom on the same floor
* Essentially your own private level within the house

I’ll be living on the top floor, so there’s a really nice separation of space.

About me:
I’m easy going, sociable and pretty house proud. I’ve got a great group of friends in Swansea and enjoy a mix of things – gym, cooking, watching sport, eating out and socialising.

I work for a mental health care company, and I also travel quite a lot (usually 6–8 weeks a year). Between that and being out with friends and family, you’ll get the place to yourself a fair bit.

I’m currently training to climb Mont Blanc, so fitness is a big part of my routine.

I’m happy for you to have friends/partners stay over (within reason of course).
