2 Rooms in Shared House

Two double rooms available in a shared 3-bedroom house. Both bedrooms are fully furnished. The bigger room is £430pm, and the smaller one is £400pm.

In the third bedroom, is my partner and I (one male, one female) who are both working professionals - Tom is a Carpenter and Danielle is a Chiropractor.

There are two shared bathrooms (one with a shower, and one with shower/bath)
There is a shared kitchen, and cosy living room, as well as a garden with a deck and patio.

Bills are shared between all 4 people equally (wifi, water, gas, electric, council tax) which can vary but are usually £110pp/pm.

The house is a 10 minute walk to Parc Tawe (Aldi, Lidl, Flashpoint, JD gyms), 10 minute walk to the marina, 15 minute walk to the city centre, and 20 minutes to the beach!

The train station and central bus station are both approx 20 minutes to walk, and there are many bus stops near the house.
