I'm moving out from the flat at the end of October and looking for a tentant who can take over my contract.

- 9 minute walk to the bus station
- Tesco express less than a minute walk

The flat is located on the ground floor and has an access to the garden.

House is very quiet with lovely tenants managed by an established agency in Swansea that has always been very helpful and responsive.
