Unforeseen circumstances

Due to unforeseen circumstances I am having to leave the accommodation, which means there is an opportunity for someone to access one of the best accommodation in Swansea. It is located with a five minute walk to the city centre, opposite the Albert hall food establishment, there is a Tesco express on the door step and the flat is a stones throw from the beach. The location means easy access to public transport.

All flatmates are easy going and very welcoming. We are looking for someone who is considerate to the needs of others and understands that there are times to let your hair down and times to knuckle down and study.
