October rent is already payed and moving in days can be negotiated depending on when you were looking to move into the property.

The housemates are sociable and welcoming but also clean and respectful. They enjoy a night out but also a relaxed night in playing games and chatting in the kitchen.

The room is fully furnished with a double bed and large amounts of storage space.

All bills are included in the monthly rent and sorted by the letting agent - this includes wifi, gas, electricity and water.
