Access to the town centre is easy. There's an excellent bus service taking 5 minutes, and walking is 10/15 minutes. The property is well placed for the University and Morriston Hospital, with shops nearby and lovely walks on the doorstep.

There is a piano in the house too.

The property has gas fired central heating, double glazing and an integral garage with parking to the front. Good access to local amenities to include the M4 Motorway, Enterprise Park, Swansea City Centre and Morfa Retail Park.
