Double Room/Whole House in Mumbles - Read Desc.!

Spacious, light, and airy double room in my house, however, I spend 60–80% of my time overseas, so this is a unique opportunity to rent in Mumbles for a fraction of the cost of a whole house. You just need to be comfortable with me staying occasionally!

Price of £950 is for a single occupant. If you are a couple it will be £1150.

It is located just outside of Mumbles near Oystermouth Castle. Many beaches are just a 15-minute walk away, with more stunning beaches and countryside further afield!

Shops, supermarkets, bars, and restaurants are only a 5-minute walk away.

I am looking for a single professional or a couple. You must be respectful, clean, and tidy.

You will have access to the whole ground floor, which includes:

- A large double bedroom
- A hallway with storage
- A cozy lounge
- A large open-plan kitchen and utility room
- A bathroom with a shower
- A large south-facing garden that gets the sun all day!
- There is also a second bathroom upstairs if you wish, and a small bedroom that can be used as an office.

The house is furnished, but you can bring extra furniture if required. The kitchen is well-equipped. I provide bed linen and towels if needed.

All bills are included in the price, including Council Tax (Band E - included in price). There is no TV license, so BBC is not available via standard aerial or iPlayer, but I have Roku sticks so you can log in to your own (non-BBC) streaming services.

Pets are welcomed, within reason! Please let me know if you are bringing a pet(s). There is already a water/food station for dogs/cats and a space for beds in the kitchen island.

You will also be required to carry out general maintenance on the garden, mow the lawn etc. All tools/mower provided.

Ideally would like someone to stay a minimum of 6 months but I am also open to short-term lets, please get in touch if you need a short-term arrangement.
